Our Journey
TheCoworks was founded in 2025 by Sumit Vats — a professional with 10 years of IT and tech experience and 5 years of hands-on coworking space operations expertise. That unique combination — tech thinking meets real estate insight — is exactly what makes TheCoworks different.
We started with a simple frustration: finding a great office space in India was unnecessarily complicated, opaque, and expensive. Brokers were slow. Landlords were rigid. Options were overwhelming but not curated. So we built the solution we wished existed.
